It’s been all ‘go’ at Remember Me B&B. All of the bedroom furniture has been replaced which has been a major winter job plus the cream carpet in one of the bedrooms has also been replaced. All bedrooms now have TVs in them too. Then we had snow and thick mist which affected travel not only on Island but to and from it too. I had a sick car and a sick cat plus a the funeral of a close relative. However, all is good now and the sun is shining. People are feeling happier about travelling again and where better to come but the Isle of Man and Port St Mary in particular. The local Arts’ Centre has a variety of events on and Port St Mary Cabaret Party is performing ‘Toad of Town (Toad) Hall’ at Port St Mary Town Hall over the next couple of nights. The train is now running and it is good to see and hear it from my house. I’m looking forward to my first full season as B&B.
