I was waiting for this day as my star rating was dependent upon the overnight (she actually stayed 2 nights) stay of the independent hotel inspector from England. She was very pleasant and although thorough was fair in her assessment. Some of the criticisms were already on my winter ‘to do’ list. She also gave me some useful tips for the future. I await her report and I feel that if she awards me the rating that she suggested then I will not be unhappy.
Update
I am now officially a 3 star B&B which is great news.
