Why do I not pay on this website when I make a reservation?
Our system is set up to allow us to confirm details of your stay with you before we ask you to pay. Please make your reservation on this site and we’ll be in touch very soon to confirm everything.
Local transport and facilities?
We have off road parking and are approximately 7 minutes’ walk from the local shops and Post Office. It is only a 10-minute walk to the nearest sandy beach.
The Bus stop is 6 minutes’ walk (500m) and the Steam Train station 8 minutes’ walk (700m)
There are local restaurants, cafes, pubs and takeaways in the village (Port St. Mary) but should you want to wander into the next village of Port Erin then that is 20 minutes’ walk (1.7km) or there is a regular bus.

We are approximately 30 minutes by car/taxi or 60 minutes by bus from Douglas and the ferry port, and 15 minutes by car/taxi or 25 minutes by bus from the airport.
Minimum nights stay?
3 nights is the minimum stay we offer but we guarantee that will only be enough to whet your appetite for the Isle of Man!
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately due to our two resident cats we can’t accept any other furry visitors. Sorry.
How accessible is your B&B for people with reduced mobility?
