# Remember Me B&B > Bed &Breakfast accommodation in the Isle of Man ## Posts - [Isle of Loveliness](https://remembermebb.im/2023/10/09/isle-of-loveliness/): Thank you for helping make last week a fantastic break and exactly what we needed. The room was perfect, comfortable, peaceful with a view to kill for. Your hospitality made the week. It’s like coming back to see an old friend. We can’t wait to return to what we now call, ‘The Isle of Loveliness’. Sean - [Lovely stay](https://remembermebb.im/2023/08/02/lovely-stay/): Excellent stay, June 2023. Adjacent to peaceful fields, coastal view, 5 mins walk from village shops, 5 mins walk from IOM steam railway station. Comfortable house, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished; pleasant terraced gardens. Rosemary is always happy to help, very knowledgeable about local services, events and places of interest. We hope we’ll be able to come to the Isle of Man again one day. Eileen - [Great week!](https://remembermebb.im/2023/08/02/great-week/): Thank you Rosemary for a great week! It was perfect. Roger and Gary - [Perfect](https://remembermebb.im/2023/08/02/perfect/): Thank you Rosemary for a perfect holiday. Everything was clean and homely. We will deffo be back! Frances and Martin - [Our first TT - what an experience!](https://remembermebb.im/2023/08/02/our-first-tt-what-an-experience/): We had an amazing time during the TT 2023. Thank you Rosemary for your hospitality and answering all of our questions. Visiting the Isle of Man has been a dream for many years and now it came true. We wish you all the best. Jurgen and Richard tt - [Perfect Wedding Day](https://remembermebb.im/2023/08/02/perfect-wedding-day/): Thank you Rosemary for making our stay so special and you were a big help in organising our bijoux, bespoke and beautiful Wedding Day. We look forward to our next visit and stay with you on the Isle of Man. Steve and Primrose (Mr and Mrs Hibbs) - [New 'hat' for me](https://remembermebb.im/2023/04/10/new-hat-for-me/): I have just had a wonderful couple stay with me to celebrate their wedding. Both live across and wanted to be married in the Isle of Man. They were married in the local Methodist Church in Port St Mary surrounded by a select group of friends. The day was exactly as they wished it to be and as I was responsible for organising the event this side of the water, I was very relieved that they were so happy. May I wish them all the best for their future together. - [What a winter!](https://remembermebb.im/2023/03/22/what-a-winter/): It’s been all ‘go’ at Remember Me B&B. All of the bedroom furniture has been replaced which has been a major winter job plus the cream carpet in one of the bedrooms has also been replaced. All bedrooms now have TVs in them too. Then we had snow and thick mist which affected travel not only on Island but to and from it too. I had a sick car and a sick cat plus a the funeral of a close relative. However, all is good now and the sun is shining. People are feeling happier about travelling again and where […] - [The Inspector Calls!](https://remembermebb.im/2022/10/19/the-inspector-calls/): (suspenseful music plays) I was waiting for this day as my star rating was dependent upon the overnight (she actually stayed 2 nights) stay of the independent hotel inspector from England. She was very pleasant and although thorough was fair in her assessment. Some of the criticisms were already on my winter ‘to do’ list. She also gave me some useful tips for the future. I await her report and I feel that if she awards me the rating that she suggested then I will not be unhappy. Update I am now officially a 3 star B&B which is great […] - [Welcome MGP/Classic guest](https://remembermebb.im/2022/08/24/welcome-mgp-classic-guest/): Today, we welcome the first of the guests for the MGP/Classic racing. The practising so far has been excellent and any inclement weather has arrived either during the night or in the early hours of the morning. We look forward to seeing and catching up with the ‘regulars’ after a 3 year break. A beer and a BBQ in the back garden is probably in order! The newbies are from Suffolk and are arriving on classic bikes ranging from 1953 to 1976. They assure me that they have also packed enough tools to re-build any of the bikes if needed! […] - [Southern 100 Road Race](https://remembermebb.im/2022/07/10/southern-100-road-race/): Returning guests have brought the sunshine with them and have enjoyed exploring the Island before the start of the races tomorrow on the Billown Circuit. The week looks set to stay fine and hopefully they we see some great racing. - [Tynwald 2022](https://remembermebb.im/2022/07/05/tynwald-2022/): The sun was shining on this year’s Tynwald Ceremony. The great and the good turned out in the suits and Ascot hats. The Lieutenant Governor, Sir John Lorimer, spoke in Manx from ‘the Hill’ for the first time. The fair field was absolutely packed. There seemed to be more stalls than I have ever seen before. Business was good for the stall holders. - [46th Mananan Festival](https://remembermebb.im/2022/07/02/46th-mananan-festival/): Tonight we attended a superb concert by the 19 year old pianist Jeneba Kanneh-Mason at the Erin Arts Centre in Port Erin, Isle of Man. It was great to return to listening to some high quality classical music. This was just one of the performances at the 46th Mananan Festivals. The Solem String Quartet and Christine Collister included a diverse range of musical content while Liz Grand gave a fascinating insight into the life of Winston Churchill with her one ‘man’ play called Mrs Churchill – my life with Winston. - [Evening out on the Pie and Mash Train](https://remembermebb.im/2022/06/23/second-blog-post/): What a great way to experience the lovely Manx countryside. We travelled by the Isle of Man steam train from Douglas to Port Erin on the Pie and Mash Express. We had a choice of 5 pies enroute which were absolutely delicious and a choice of 3 desserts on the return journey. Highly recommended as an evening activity for all. - [TT returns](https://remembermebb.im/2022/06/12/tt-returns/): It was great to welcome back guests from Germany who had last stayed with me in 2018. They made the 4 day journey which included 2 ferry crossings to visit the Isle of Man and enjoyed the spectacular racing on offer. What a fantastic group of lads and I look forward to welcoming them back soon. - [Welcome to my B&B](https://remembermebb.im/2022/06/11/2992/): After years of successfully running homestay for TT and MPG guests I have decided to set up as a B&B so that I can welcome guests from all over the world at any time of year. ## Pages - [Terms and Conditions](https://remembermebb.im/terms-and-conditions/): Payment Once your passage/transport to the Island is booked, I ask for a 50%, non-refundable deposit.
