Payment
Once your passage/transport to the Island is booked, I ask for a 50%, non-refundable deposit. The balance should be paid one month prior to arrival. If you are booking less than one month before arrival then the entire amount is required.
Payment is made either by bank transfer or card transaction.
Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit is alway non-refundable.
If a person cancels more than 14 days prior to arrival then the remaining 50% may be refunded for the following reasons:
- tested positive for covid
- close family member has died
- transport issues out of their control e.g. cancelled flights
Proof of the above issues will be required.
